Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and VueFi Inc. ("VueFi," "we," "us," "our") and govern your use of vuefi.com and our services (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for giving us accurate information when you sign up, keeping your password and login credentials secure, and all activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@vuefi.com right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or sublicense your account or our content; redistribute, republish, or repackage our analyses, scores, or reports (internal personal use only); reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code or models behind the Service; scrape, crawl, or use bots to pull data from the Service; use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm others; or interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Our current plans and prices are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you chose, now and on each renewal, until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. For annual subscriptions, we will send you a renewal reminder email at least 30 days before your subscription renews. You can cancel anytime in Account Settings — cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

VueFi and its licensors own the Service, the software behind it, our analyses, scores, models, content, branding, and everything else that makes up the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial investment research while your subscription is active. You don't get any other rights. In particular, you may not copy, distribute, publish, or sell our analyses or content; use our analyses to train AI models or build a competing product; or remove any notices, labels, or attributions. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.

6. Not investment advice — important

VueFi Insights is an informational and educational tool. It is NOT investment advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Our scores, analyses, and outputs are generated by AI models and quantitative methods. They may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or misleading. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other asset. Past performance does not predict future results. Investing carries risk, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you see on the Service. We do not owe you any fiduciary duty. If you can't agree to this, do not use the Service.

7. Third-party data and links

The Service uses data from third parties and may link to third-party sites. We don't control that data or those sites and we don't guarantee they are accurate, timely, or available. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or investment losses, even if warned of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits. In that case, the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VueFi and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; or any investment or financial decision you make.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we need to protect the Service or other users, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that should survive termination by their nature (IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. For non-material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law, arbitration, and class waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware, or by video, or in another location you and we agree to. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You and VueFi agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware for intellectual property or confidentiality claims. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@vuefi.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your account email.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VueFi about the Service. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
