By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and VueFi LLC, a California limited liability company ("VueFi," "we," "us," "our"), and govern your use of vuefi.com and our services (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
You are responsible for giving us accurate information when you sign up, keeping your password and login credentials secure, and all activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@vuefi.com right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
You agree not to: share, resell, or sublicense your account or our content; redistribute, republish, or repackage our analyses, scores, or reports (internal personal use only); reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code or models behind the Service; scrape, crawl, or use bots to pull data from the Service; use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm others; or interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules.
Our current plans and prices are shown at checkout and on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method the recurring amount for the plan and billing interval you selected (monthly or annual), now and on each renewal, at the price in effect when the charge is made, until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. If you started a free trial, no payment method is required and you will not be charged when the trial ends. To continue with paid access you subscribe through checkout and provide a payment method; if you subscribe while your trial is still active, any remaining trial days carry over and your first charge occurs at the end of that trial period. If you take no action, the trial simply ends and you are not charged. After checkout, we will send you an acknowledgment email confirming the recurring charge, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions. For annual subscriptions, we will also send a renewal reminder email at least 30 days before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal — cancellation is self-service, requires no phone call or email, and stops all future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current period. Refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy. If we materially change the recurring charge amount or billing frequency, we will give you advance email notice and obtain your affirmative consent before the change takes effect, consistent with California Business & Professions Code §17600 et seq.
VueFi and its licensors own the Service, the software behind it, our analyses, scores, models, content, branding, and everything else that makes up the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial investment research while your subscription is active. You don't get any other rights. In particular, you may not copy, distribute, publish, or sell our analyses or content; use our analyses to train AI models or build a competing product; or remove any notices, labels, or attributions. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.
VueFi Insights is an informational and educational tool. It is NOT investment advice. VueFi is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities law, is not a broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Our scores, analyses, and outputs are generated by AI models and quantitative methods. They may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or misleading. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other asset. Past performance does not predict future results. Investing carries risk, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you see on the Service. We do not owe you any fiduciary duty. If you can't agree to this, do not use the Service.
The Service uses data from third parties, including market and financial data provided by Financial Modeling Prep and other third-party sources such as FRED, and may link to third-party sites. We don't control that data or those sites and we don't guarantee they are accurate, timely, or available. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or investment losses, even if warned of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits. In that case, the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VueFi and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; or any investment or financial decision you make.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we need to protect the Service or other users, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that should survive termination by their nature (IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Orange County, California, or by video, or in another location you and we agree to. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You and VueFi agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California for intellectual property or confidentiality claims. Notwithstanding the foregoing, claims for public injunctive relief may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California and are excluded from this arbitration agreement (McGill v. Citibank, N.A., 2 Cal. 5th 945 (2017)). You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@vuefi.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your full name and the email address on your account, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VueFi about the Service. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California users of this Service are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: This Service is provided by VueFi LLC, a California limited liability company, 12337 Seal Beach Blvd., Suite 1010, Seal Beach, California 90740, United States. VueFi Insights is available worldwide except in countries or territories we are able to block based on available location signals and that are subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or His Majesty's Treasury (United Kingdom) — currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction, and that you are not on any restricted-party list. VueFi Panorama is offered only to users in the United States at this time. Prices displayed at checkout are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or equivalent indirect tax; you are responsible for any such taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country of residence and for compliance with the laws of the country from which you access the Service. Currency conversion and any foreign-transaction fees are set by your card issuer or bank. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
