We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore VueFi Insights during the trial and decide whether to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, nothing is charged.
When you subscribe, you pick a plan: Monthly ($19.00/month), Annual ($182.40/year), Early Access Monthly ($13.30/month, locked in for life), or Early Access Annual ($114.00/year, locked in for life). All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price and interval, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
For annual subscriptions, we will send you a renewal reminder email at least 30 days before your subscription renews. This reminder will include the renewal date, the amount to be charged, and instructions for canceling through the Stripe Customer Portal. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid being charged. Monthly subscriptions do not receive pre-renewal reminders — you will receive a receipt after each charge.
You can cancel anytime from Account Settings inside the app. Cancellation is self-serve — no email or phone call needed. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, you will not be charged again, and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current period.
We are a low-cost informational service and generally do not offer refunds outside the cases below. We will refund when: (1) you are billed twice for the same period (duplicate charges); (2) you are charged in error or at the wrong amount (billing errors); (3) the service was unavailable for 48 consecutive hours or more due to our fault, not counting scheduled maintenance or third-party provider outages outside our control (material outages); or (4) a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction (statutory rights). To request a refund, email support@vuefi.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and the charge date. We will respond within 5 business days.
If you are a UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital services contract. By starting to use VueFi Insights during that 14-day period, you agree that we begin supplying the service immediately and you waive your 14-day cancellation right once access begins. You can still cancel future renewals at any time through Account Settings.

Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. See the full disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute about a refund is handled under the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
